How it works

A gentle, deeply relaxing treatment that helps your body clear swelling and excess fluid.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) uses light, rhythmic skin-stretching movements to move excess lymphatic fluid away from swollen tissue and toward your lymph nodes. From there it returns to the bloodstream, and your kidneys filter out the waste.
